A workout that’s actually fun

Pilates is a good replacement for my previous strength exercises. I’m working more muscles and it’s a lot more fun.

GUILTY PLEASURES: Binge watching TV shows, staying up too late, and sleeping in

WHY PILATES?: I started having aching and pain almost like I had flu in my muscles after free weight exercise. I have not experienced that with Pilates. I also have a bad neck and I feel that my neck has gotten stronger and my neck has been less painful.

Pilates is a good replacement for my previous strength exercises. I’m working more muscles and it’s a lot more fun. I like getting stronger and improving overall stability. I also love that my husband goes with me. I like having an activity to do together and we have fun being competitive with each other.
