No heavy lifting

WHY PILATES?: I was looking for something challenging and fun that I could do with my wife in a welcoming and positive atmosphere. I also wanted something to assist my cycling performance that didn’t involve lifting heavy weights (and I found it!).
After a couple months of consistent practice I’ve found my core is far stronger, my flexibility is far better, and overall I feel better in my daily routine. I’ve also found that my wife is much better at many of the exercises which gives us a little healthy competition to boot.
