They really make you feel like family. Every class is personalized to your needs. The small class size gives you a lot of one on one time. Most importantly the classes are fun and I look forward to them everyday!


GUILTY PLEASURES: Peanut butter cups, Mountain Dew, and travel books

WHY PILATES?: Because my Physical Therapist, Dan told me to! Kidding – somewhat. I needed a workout that wouldn’t hurt my thoracic outlet syndrome. It really helps keep the pain away. More importantly, one that I really liked. I loved Pilates from my first class. I’m really happy that Dan was my PT, and sent me your way. The more I go the better I feel.
